Power

From Vision to Funding. From Power to Impact

Aesthetics and structure. Inspiration and strategy. Softness and power

I work with women creators at the intersection of art, structure, and institutional systems

I help women creators transform inspiration into a system: identify the right grants and programs, prepare documentation, articulate a clear mission, and shape projects in a way that secures funding and sustains long-term development.

European Funding & Grants

This project is for women who create — and are ready to step into the world

You are woman-creator: artists, curators, cultural entrepreneurs, educators, and consultants
You live in Europe and create art, educational, or social initiatives
You have talent, depth, and taste, but the grant system and "official rules of the game" feel foreign and complexed
You are tired of chaos but don’t want to turn your creativity into a mere commodity

Common starting points

/01
I don’t know which programs are right for me or where to find them
/02
I don’t know how to describe my idea in the language of applications and expert panels
/03
I am intimidated by paperwork, deadlines, and bureaucracy
/04
I don’t understand how to build a budget or which expenses are eligible
/05
I don’t know how to make a project sustainable after the funding ends

What is SheGrantsPower as a system?

Power

SheGrantsPower is an intellectual support system for women creators who are ready to share their art, ideas, and social initiatives with the world but feel lost when dealing with grants, institutions, and European bureaucracy

It is not just grant-writing training—it is a journey of transforming a creative woman into an independent agent capable of managing her own development, finances, and visibility

Many mature, talented women create art with love, taste, and depth but fear the economic and public-facing sides. They are tired of chaos but don’t want to turn their art into "just sales"

My mission is to guide women from inner confidence to external sustainability: helping them build their own art-system - one that is beautiful, functional, ethical, and profitable for further growth and impact

Project values

I work with women to shift our collective mindset toward autonomy, leadership, and the ability to claim our space in all layers of life

Responsibility = Love = Power

Responsibility as a form of love. Structure doesn’t kill inspiration but protects

Taking responsibility for one’s career as much as for one’s art—with love and dignity. Not selling out, but creating a system where creativity and project management go hand in hand

Power without fear

A woman can be strong and influential while remaining subtle and sensitive. A woman-creator learns not to shrink herself but to direct her power consciously: to manage, to plan, and to be visible

Authenticity and Aesthetics

A document, an application, and a budget spreadsheet are expressions of inner culture. Visibility is built on authenticity: each client creates her own image, portfolio, and communication style without compromising herself

Connection

The methodology includes networking—learning how to build connections that resonate with your values and how to enter professional art communities without imposter syndrome

Autonomy and Dignity

A grant is a form of recognition of a woman creator’s value. Each participant develops a personal market entry plan: from mission to first sales, with a manageable workload and a long-term development strategy

Learning through Presence

I don’t do it for you; we do it together, creating a system
SheGrantsPower stands for both "she gives grants" and "she empowers."
Power here means empowerment: placing back into the hands of women creators their own strength and the ability to manage their lives, creativity, and the expression of their true selves and values to the world

Masterclass: "From Art to Grant"
Who is it for?
Women creators, artists, curators, teachers, and project authors who feel their idea is "bigger" than a private practice but don't understand how the grant and institutional world works. For those who wonder if the grant path is right for them and don't want to waste months on trial and error.
What we work on
Understanding the system—how funding decisions are actually made, how an artistic idea differs from a project proposal, which types of projects get support, and where creators most often lose their chance before even applying
How it works
Online or offline, 2.5 hours. A breakdown of European grant logic, typical requirements, and common mistakes. Real-life examples, structured delivery, and Q&A. Participants receive checklists and frameworks to evaluate their ideas independently
The Result
Understanding if a grant strategy is your growth tool. Clarity on your current stage and next steps. Removal of fear and illusions surrounding grants
SheGrantsPower: Group Track
Who is it for?
Women creators who already have an idea or direction but lack the structure, language, and understanding to turn it into a project that foundations and programs can grasp. For those who want to move forward not alone, but in an intimate, intellectually strong group
What we work on
Project formation—mission, goals, architecture, budget, sustainability. Transitioning from figurative to project-based thinking. Navigating the system of programs and funds
How it works
Online format, 6 weeks, six 2-hour meetings. Each meeting covers a specific stage of project thinking. Includes homework, checklists, and templates. Group feedback allows you to see the thought process of other participants
The Result
A clearly articulated project idea. Understanding which grants to pursue and why. A basic project master file and a draft budget. A sense of stability, clarity, and systemic thinking
Individual 1:1 Work
Who is it for?
Women creators ready for the next level who want deep, personal, and precise work. For those with a serious vision and a need to bring it to an actual application submission
What we work on
Your idea, your scale, and your trajectory. Mission, goals, and submission strategy. Selection of specific programs and application preparation. Budget, texts, and project logic
How it works
6–8 individual sessions (1.5 hours each), online or offline in Sofia. Collaborative intellectual work, reviews, edits, and comments. I don't do it "for you"—we work together as I transfer the system to you. Work on documents and texts continues between meetings
The Result
A ready or near-ready grant application. Understanding how to work with programs independently in the future. A personalized grant strategy. Confidence and clarity in your actions
Mentorship: "Grant Residency"
Who is it for?
Women creators entering the institutional field for the long term. For those who want to go beyond just applying and navigate the entire journey—before and after securing funding. For projects designed for growth, sustainability, and reputation
What we work on
Long-term strategy and multiple grant opportunities. A project portfolio rather than a single application. Implementation, reporting, and communication with foundations. Project sustainability after the funding period ends
How it works
3–6 months of support. Regular strategic meetings and asynchronous support. Collaborative work on documents, applications, and reports. Support during the decision-waiting phase and throughout project implementation
The Result
Correctly submitted applications and a real chance at funding. A professionally managed and closed grant. A preserved reputation and readiness for future programs. Transitioning from "requesting" to "resource management"

I build beautiful, sustainable systems—within people, businesses, and spaces

My key skill is translation: I translate figurative thinking into the language of structures, and inspiration into working systems.

I value beauty in every detail. For me, aesthetics is not a decoration, but a way of being in harmony with the world. I believe maturity is when strength is combined with softness, and structure with warmth
My methodology combines art-thinking, coaching, and grant expertise. From artistic idea — to valid project proposal. From inner inspiration — to external sustainability
